Judged on whether your audience is real.

POSALY is how you apply to a hotel that has actively chosen to host creators, instead of sending a direct message and hoping. You are judged on whether your audience is real and a good fit, not on how large it is. Applying is free, and acceptance is never guaranteed.

Will I be rejected for having a small following?

No. Audience size places you in a tier, and you are then measured against the benchmark for that tier rather than against creators far larger than you. A small, genuinely engaged audience can score better on engagement than a much bigger one. What actually counts against an application is an audience that is not real.

How do I apply?

You answer a few questions in a conversation rather than filling in a form, applying through the hotel's own application channel. Your public channels are then checked, and a reviewer looks at how well you fit that particular hotel.

The creator is rewarded

What a creator receives is agreed with the hotel, not with POSALY, and it takes one of three shapes. POSALY does not set it, does not handle the money, and does not guarantee it.

  • A hosted stayThe hotel covers the stay, and sometimes more of it than the room. The most common arrangement.
  • A fixed feeAn agreed amount for an agreed piece of work, on top of the stay or instead of it.
  • Commission on bookingsA share of the bookings the creator's content brings in, where the hotel can attribute them.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. Applying is free.

How long does it take?

A review takes a few days. If your follower count or engagement rate cannot be established, no score is produced at all and a reviewer looks at the application by hand, which can take longer.

If I score well, am I guaranteed a stay?

No. Acceptance is never guaranteed. A reviewer decides whether to put your application in front of the hotel, and the hotel then reads your scorecard and decides for itself. POSALY never accepts a creator on a hotel's behalf, which also means it cannot promise you anything on theirs.

Who agrees what the stay includes?

You and the hotel. What the stay includes and what content is expected are agreed between you, not with POSALY.

What happens if I have bought followers?

It is visible, and it is rejected. The share of an audience that looks bought or automated is measured and subtracted from the score, and a reviewer can flag purchased engagement beyond that. This is said plainly because it is good news if your audience is genuine: you are not competing against inflated numbers.

You are not asking for a favour

You are offering a hotel something it wants from someone it can verify. Apply once, be assessed on what is real, and let the hotel decide.
