Apply, get screened, and let the hotel decide.

POSALY is a platform where hotels receive screened creator applications with a scorecard, and decide for themselves. A creator applies in a conversation, POSALY assesses whether their audience is real and a good fit for that hotel, and the hotel reads one card and says yes or no. Applying is free, and acceptance is never guaranteed.

How does the whole thing work?

Five stages, from a creator's first message to what they are given at the end. The hotel holds the decision, and POSALY never makes it for them.

  1. A creator applies

A creator answers a few questions in a conversation rather than filling in a form, applying through a hotel's own application channel. It is free, and it takes minutes.

  2. POSALY scores the application, and a reviewer checks it

The creator's channels are read for real audience signals — how much of the audience engages, how much of it travels, and how much of it looks bought — and the result is scored against the benchmark for a creator of that size. A reviewer then judges relevance, brand fit and anything that should be flagged, applying the same criteria to every application. Both halves matter: the numbers are automatic, the judgement is not.

  3. The hotel evaluates and confirms

The applications a reviewer shortlists arrive as a scorecard — reach, engagement, audience quality, fit and red flags in one place. The hotel reads it and accepts or rejects. That decision is the hotel's alone.

  4. The content gets made

The creator visits, shoots, and publishes. What is expected — how many posts, which channels, what usage rights the hotel gets — is part of what the two of them agree before anyone travels.

  5. The creator is rewarded

What a creator receives is agreed with the hotel, not with POSALY, and it takes one of three shapes. POSALY does not set it, does not handle the money, and does not guarantee it.

    • A hosted stayThe hotel covers the stay, and sometimes more of it than the room. The most common arrangement.
    • A fixed feeAn agreed amount for an agreed piece of work, on top of the stay or instead of it.
    • Commission on bookingsA share of the bookings the creator's content brings in, where the hotel can attribute them.

Stage two is the one worth understanding properly. What is on a scorecard, element by element

What gets made

Photographs and video shot at the hotel, by someone whose audience actually travels. Illustrative images of the kind of work involved — none of them shows a POSALY hotel, creator or campaign.

  • A creator photographing the coastline from a hotel terrace.
  • A hotel manager working on a laptop in a hotel lobby.
  • A creator filming a hotel pool and the sea beyond it.
  • A creator reviewing photographs on her phone at a hotel table.
  • A hotel manager looking at a creator's scorecard on a laptop.
  • A hotel manager and a creator in conversation over coffee.

What does POSALY not do?

POSALY does not promise a creator a stay, and it does not accept a creator for a hotel. Applying is free, acceptance is never guaranteed, and what a stay includes and what content is expected are agreed between the creator and the hotel, not with POSALY.
